The team continues to grow, with in-house expertise at the heart of the operation. Our team is particularly experienced in working within occupied buildings, ensuring minimal disruption, so that businesses and operations can continue to run smoothly alongside the construction process.
Jason Archer
Managng Director
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Jason is committed to delivering every project to the highest standard, safely, on time, and within budget. His dedication to detail and client satisfaction has helped establish SWC’s strong reputation for reliability and professionalism.
Jason founded SWC in 2009. He has a solid foundation in electrical work, through his early apprenticeship and is driven by his passion to deliver high-quality construction solutions. Over the years, he has built a diverse portfolio spanning leisure, healthcare, education, commercial, and residential sectors – with a keen focus on hotel refurbishments.
He’s qualified and accredited to:
- City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 – Electrical Technician (C Course)
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid at Work (3-day)
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service)
- Asbestos Awareness & Removal
His areas of expertise include Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Client Relationships.
Reece Colbourne
Managng Director
Known for his strategic oversight and operational leadership. His ability to motivate teams, streamline site operations, and maintain high standards across all project phases, makes him a strong force behind SWC’s continued growth and client success.
Reece joined SWC in 2010, and has progressed into a leadership role alongside Jason. His career started off in the Royal Engineers, which means Reece brings a wealth of international construction experience from projects in Oman, Kenya, and France, as well as a strong foundation in field operations and team management.
He’s qualified and accredited to:
- Scaffold Awareness & Inspection
- Asbestos Awareness & Removal
- First Aid (4-day)
- Level 2 Bricklaying Combat
- Engineering & Bridge Building
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service)
- (SMSTS) – Site Management Safety Training
His areas of expertise include Leadership & Team Development Site Operations & Organisation Project Execution.
Lauren Merrigan
Office Manager
Lauren joined South Warwickshire Construction in 2024 and plays a key role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of the business.
Having completed a Business Administration Apprenticeship, Lauren has developed experience across business operations, project coordination, procurement, compliance and client and supplier liaison.
Lauren is also First Aid trained and has completed AutoCAD Essentials training, providing additional support with project drawings and technical information.
Working closely with the directors, site teams, clients and subcontractors, Lauren helps ensure projects run efficiently from initial planning through to completion.
