PROJECT SCOPE

To deliver the extensive redevelopment and fit-out of an existing commercial unit at Substation Brixton. The project transformed the space into a modern, multi-functional fitness and hospitality venue, incorporating a whole range of amenities.

This project delivered a complete overhaul, due to its complex commercial construction needs, including:

Demolition and strip-out of existing office accommodation
Construction of a new mezzanine floor to create additional second floor space
Installation of a new commercial kitchen
Construction of male and female changing room facilities
Installation of male and female toilet facilities
Formation of two new fully fitted bars
New internal partitions, walls and ceiling systems throughout
Fire protection coating (intumescent paint) applied to all structural steelwork

Full plumbing and drainage installations
New HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems
Installation of new doors and windows
Gym flooring, specialist gym matting, and high-specification gym equipment installed
Complete internal decoration throughout the facility, plus
All associated mechanical and electrical works
