South Warwickshire Construction delivered the conversion of a former Argos unit into a brand-new Tenpin bowling and entertainment centre in Clydebank. The £1.1m project transformed the existing retail space into a purpose-built leisure venue incorporating a range of Tenpin’s entertainment concepts.
Transforming an existing retail unit into a specialist leisure environment required the coordination of numerous trades and specialist installations. The programme had to accommodate the requirements of the bowling and entertainment areas alongside the construction and finishing works, ensuring the different elements came together
The project delivered a complete new Tenpin destination within the former retail unit, creating a modern entertainment venue with bowling, escape rooms, karaoke and laser tag. SWC’s project record shows the works running from March to August 2025.
