South Warwickshire Construction returned to Tenpin Coventry to deliver a major 14-week refurbishment designed to refresh the existing venue and introduce an expanded range of entertainment experiences.
The £542k refurbishment includes escape rooms, karaoke, soft play and bar fit-out works.
The refurbishment required multiple existing areas to be stripped out and reconfigured within a relatively short 14-week programme. Careful sequencing and coordination between the construction team and specialist leisure installations were essential to keep the programme progressing across the different areas of the venue.
The refurbishment brings together a significantly expanded mix of activities and refreshed customer spaces, giving the established Coventry venue a major upgrade while introducing new entertainment concepts.
