South Warwickshire Construction delivered the complete transformation of a former B&M unit into a brand-new Tenpin entertainment centre in Redditch. The £1.6m project involved a comprehensive fit-out, creating a modern multi-activity leisure destination from the existing retail space.
Converting a large former retail unit into a multi-use leisure venue required careful coordination between the main construction programme and the specialist installations throughout the centre. With bowling, entertainment, hospitality and customer areas all forming part of the same programme, sequencing was essential to keep each element progressing towards the agreed handover.
The completed project transformed the former B&M into a fully equipped Tenpin venue, bringing together bowling, competitive socialising, entertainment and hospitality facilities within one destination. The project was successfully completed in time for the venue’s July 2025 opening. The project schedule records the works as February–July 2025.
